Wie nehme ich meinen Spielstand auf ein neues Gerät mit?
Automatisch über iCloud: Melde dich auf dem neuen Gerät mit derselben Apple-ID an und installiere das Spiel. Beim ersten Start wird dein Spielstand übernommen. Hast du auf zwei Geräten gespielt, fragt das Spiel, welcher Stand gelten soll.
Ich habe etwas gekauft, aber es fehlt.
Öffne den Shop (🍭 oben rechts) und tippe ganz unten auf „Käufe wiederherstellen“. Einmalige Käufe wie VIP oder das Starterpaket werden dann wieder freigeschaltet. Hilft das nicht, schreib uns bitte eine E-Mail.
Wie besuche ich meine Freunde?
Dafür musst du in den iOS-Einstellungen bei Game Center angemeldet sein. Unter „Stadt → Freunde“ findest du deinen Freundescode – tauscht eure Codes aus und gebt sie beim anderen ein. Game-Center-Freunde erscheinen dort auch automatisch, wenn ihr dem Spiel den Zugriff auf die Freundesliste erlaubt habt.
Kann ich die Werbung abschalten?
Werbung läuft nur, wenn du selbst für einen Bonus ein Video startest – es gibt keine Banner und keine Werbung, die von allein startet. Mit dem VIP-Paket im Shop entfällt die Werbung ganz, die Boni bekommst du dann direkt. Deine Einwilligung zu personalisierter Werbung kannst du unter „Profil & Einstellungen → Datenschutz-Einstellungen“ ändern.
Hinweise für Eltern
Chefin Gerda erinnert nach einer einstellbaren Spielzeit an eine Pause; wer weiterspielt, verdient nach und nach weniger. Die Pausenzeit lässt sich unter „Profil & Einstellungen → Pausen-Erinnerung“ ändern (geschützt durch eine kleine Rechenaufgabe). Käufe lassen sich über die Bildschirmzeit von iOS einschränken. Es gibt keine Lootboxen und keine Chats mit Fremden.

How do I move my progress to a new device?
Automatically via iCloud: sign in with the same Apple ID on the new device and install the game. Your progress is loaded on first launch. If you played on two devices, the game asks which progress to keep.
I bought something, but it’s missing.
Open the shop (🍭 at the top right) and tap “Restore purchases” at the bottom. One-time purchases such as VIP or the starter pack will be unlocked again. If that doesn’t help, please send us an email.
How do I visit my friends?
You need to be signed in to Game Center in the iOS Settings. Under “City → Friends” you’ll find your friend code – swap codes and enter each other’s. Game Center friends also show up there automatically once you allow the game to access your friends list.
Can I turn off ads?
Ads only play when you choose to watch a video for a bonus – there are no banners and no ads that start on their own. The VIP pack in the shop removes ads entirely and gives you the bonuses directly. You can change your consent to personalized ads under “Profile & Settings → Privacy settings”.
For parents
Boss Gerda suggests a break after an adjustable play time; if you keep playing, income slowly drops. The break time can be changed under “Profile & Settings → Break reminder” (protected by a small math question). Purchases can be restricted via iOS Screen Time. There are no loot boxes and no chats with strangers.
